These recently empty nester clients were looking to reinvigorate their family home of decades with new energy. Smoke damage from a fire in a neighboring apartment finally prompted them to undertake a full renovation with clean, contemporary design, as well as improving the flow and functionality of the space for more time spent at home cooking, working and entertaining.
